Sous Vide – Level Up
It’s time to bring my cooking technique to the next level – Sous Vide. I believe, with the right equipment, I can easily do that.
Anova Precision Cooker is the right equipment I am talking about. I have done some research about ‘slow cook’ for a couple of months. After reading many customer feedbacks and blog posts, I decided to buy it when Anova launched Hong Kong Spring Sale.
Using the device for a few days, I can now share some features that I like most.
I can use Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to connect your device to set the temperature and the time I want to cook. can even monitor them in real time.
I can use the device anywhere I want (as long as there is a plug nearby). This is a great benefit for those who do not have enough space in their kitchen.
There is an unofficial Facebook Group with thousands of Anova users sharing recipes and best practices. If you have questions, just post it in the group and you can get your answer quickly.
Let me use the device for a few weeks more and I will share some of my recipes here.
